JUICE DIETS

1- DAY JUICE CLEANSE DIET:
It is especially recommended for people starting their journey with juice diets. It is perfect for everyone who wants to try this type of diet but is afraid of a longer treatment. During the 1-day diet, you can cleanse your body in a fast way. This diet is full of vitamins and microelements. The caloric content of the diet is approximately 300 kcal in one juice, which after calculating the daily amount of juices means that you do not have to or even should not eat other meals during its duration.
It contains 5 different juices, where at least one is a smoothie and at least one contains the addition of superfoods - superfoods are known for their extraordinary nutritional value and health benefits. The volume of each juice is 500ml.


3- DAY JUICE CLEANSE DIET:
It is a great option for people who struggle with physical fatigue, feel tired and lethargic, and have a depressed mood. After three days with our juices full of vitamins, vitality, good mood will return and the body will be cleansed of toxins that cause bad mood. The caloric content of the diet is about 300 kcal in one juice, which after calculating the daily amount of juices means that we do not have to or even should not eat other meals during its duration.

It contains 15 different juices (5 for each of 3 days), where at least one is a smoothie and at least one contains the addition of superfoods - superfoods are known for their extraordinary nutritional value and health benefits. The volume of each juice is 500ml.


5- DAY JUICE CLEANSE DIET:
The 5-day diet was created for people who want to introduce healthy eating habits into their lives. A few days with our juices will make the metabolism work more smoothly and you will notice increased  appetite for fruits and vegetables instead of sweets. This diet is an ideal option for people who want to lose a few extra pounds. The caloric content of the diet is about 300 kcal in one juice, which after calculating the daily amount of juices means that we do not have to or even should not eat other meals during its duration.

It contains 25 different juices (5 for each of 5 days) where at least one is a smoothie and at least one contains the addition of superfoods - superfoods are known for their extraordinary nutritional value and health benefits. The volume of each juice is 500ml.

GENERAL RULES OF THE JUICE DIET: 
1. Consume juices regularly at a fixed time when you normally eat meals.
2. The diet should last MAXIMUM 5 days and you should not go on such diet more often than once a quarter.
3. Juices should not be diluted with water and no additives should be added to them.
4. Normal meals should not be eaten during the diet.
5. The last juice should be drunk about 2 hours before bedtime.
6. During the diet it is recommended to completely give up coffee, sugar, alcohol and cigarettes. However, you should drink plenty of mineral water, you can also drink green tea and herbal infusions.
